It is the responsibility of the student to give the teacher at least one week’s notice if they are unable to make a lesson, whether or not it is due to a school organised event or exam. No refunds can be given for missed lessons due to unscheduled absence from school. If a student wishes to stop lessons notice must be given in writing before half term for lessons to finish at the end of that term. Lessons and fees are scheduled and invoiced in whole term blocks. Lessons can only stop at the end of a term. Lessons can not stop halfway through a term or at the beginning of a new term.  The contract for lessons is a rolling contract which means it automatically renews each academic year unless you give the required notice to cancel in writing (by summer half term to cancel for September).
